We’re looking for help running our Farmer’s Market Booth at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market, every Saturday from 9am - 2pm. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work alongside the Founder, helping people learn about the brand, sample our products and share our story.

This role will require your active, involvement. We greet people as they walk by, welcome everyone with a smile and invite them to learn about Coast and Float’s story and brand.

As a new company, launched summer of 2024, sharing the story, creating positive customer experiences, helping everyone find their favorite flavor - this is all an essential part of the job and pillar of the business.

We will celebrate and reward great market days together - with a chance to put your sales skills to the test and earn extra when we exceed targets. As a new and scaling business, we have a broad set of needs, so if you are interested in helping beyond your contributions at the market, we can discuss other opportunities to help us drive marketing, sales or operations. Decisions to broaden your role and contributions will be based on a mix of your interest, our need and your performance at the market.

Market days can be busy and hectic. You will need to be ready to jump in and help in all ways. Responsibilities include:
- Keeping coolers stocked with beverages
- Helping get more samples in the crowds’ hands (crowds develop quickly!)
- Sharing the Coast and Float story and excitement in discovering us with others
- Answering customer questions and collecting customer feedback
- Handling customer orders and bagging
- Keeping the booth neat, clean and organized
- Presenting in alignment with our brand

At the end of the day, you will also be responsible for booth tear down and packing up. We staff our booth with 2-3 people, so you will never be alone, but you will be expected to actively contribute the entire time.

Location: Lincoln Park Farmers Market, located in the parking lot of Lincoln Park High School (724 West Armitage)

Working Hours: 9am - 2pm

Pay: $18 / hour + extra based on every can sold above target

Availability: Every Saturday, starting on Saturday, May 17th through September 27th
(Let us know when we meet, if there are specific Saturdays you have conflicts with)
